These terms apply to purchases made on Hobbyte's web store on

Payment
Payment is done by one of the means available on the website. Your payment will be processed when we complete your order, immediately after you've clicked the Purchase button on the order review page.
All prices are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
Hobbyte uses an approved payment provider which encrypts your payment information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This helps keep your payment information safe.
Delivery
You products are delivered by registering your ownership of said products in our database. This change in your user data is saved in our database immediately after your payment has been approved.
In the event of unforeseen problems when saving any ownership changes, your invoice will inform you of this. Your invoice is sent to the e-mail associated with your Hobbyte.net user. Any unforeseen problems will be solved manually as quickly as possible.
Purchase Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after your product has been delivered. The cancellation must be requested by e-mail to no more than 14 days after your product was delivered.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please make this clear by e-mail to
support@hobbyte.net. Don't forget to include your order number in your e-mail. If you want to make sure we have all the information we need to cancel your order as quickly as possible, you can also fill out our
Cancellation Form and include that in your e-mail.
Warranty
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), we offer a two year warranty on all of our products. Our warranty covers errors in our products; this includes software errors (bugs).
Our warranty does not cover errors caused by wrongful use of our product, nor does it cover unfinished features of products which are purchased as "Early Access" (before their final release date) and therefore not yet finished.
We reserve the right to attempt to solve any issues before reimbursing your product. Any issues found can be reported to our
issue tracking system.

Complaints
You have two options if you wish to file a complaint about a product purchased from our web shop.
Option #1: Register a complaint on the
European Online Dispute Resolution Platform.
Option #2: Send a written complaint to the Danish dispute resolution office:
